Expanded LOS integration to surface real-time loan data, milestone dates, and borrower/agent insights directly inside Tempo for smoother follow-up and pipeline management.
- Q3 2025: Referral Partner Relationship Tracker
- The Relationship Tracker provides a centralized hub for managing referral partners. Tracks engagement, activity history, and follow-ups so LOs can stay consistent, stay top-of-mind, and grow referral relationships with a repeatable daily process.
- Q4 2025: Lead Tracker and Tempo Notes
- The Lead Tracker offers a streamlined pipeline view for new leads from first touch to close. Tracks lead status, next steps, and keeps follow-up tasks organized so opportunities don’t slip and conversion stays high. The Notes feature (available for every contact in the Relationship and Lead Trackers) creates a searchable conversation history so LOs can follow up with context, document key details fast, and personalize the client and partner experience.
